Why S.O.U.L. VN Ministry? Print E-mail

          "How can S.O.U.L. VN Ministry benefit our desire to reach the millions in the 10/40 window?"  "What are the benefits of partnering with believers who are on the mission field?"  These are questions that may come to mind with regard to this work.  S.O.U.L. VN Ministry ministers among a population greater than the combined population of California, Texas, and Florida.  These approximately 86.1 million people are predominantly Buddhist and in desperate need to be ministered into God's kingdom. 

 

S.O.U.L. focuses on serving our brothers and sisters of Vietnam and North America by uniting them to be a blessing one to another.  By connecting our Lord's physical hands and feet we have the privilege of seeing the gifting of the Holy Spirit be a powerful blessing among the body of Christ.  We are unable to minister independently just as the hand cannot survive on its own.  When coming together in unity "a chord of three cannot be broken" and "if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven."

 

S.O.U.L. VN Ministry's strong bonds with fellowships is very unique as few outsiders have such relationships.  Our partners are perfectly positioned to reach their countrymen in an environment they are familiar with.  They have much less difficulty with obstacles of language, distance, cultural differences, etc.

 

S.O.U.L. VN Ministry is distinct as the field is ripe for harvest like few other places in the world.  Currently and during the last few decades the souls of the Vietnamese have been very

sensitive to the truth of the gospel.  Unlike anytime in the history of the country the gospel of Jesus Christ is spreading.  The growth of the kingdom in Vietnam has involved hundreds of thousands of souls.  Families and communities are learning of God's truths for the first time in their lives and wholeheartedly accepting the privilege of living for their Creator

 

 S.O.U.L. VN Ministry is committed to mobilizing and equipping to bring a spiritual transformation to the people of Vietnam.  While appreciating the importance of community development and aid, S.O.U.L. VN Ministry has a focus on meeting both physical and spiritual needs.  Training and sending fellowship planters to make disciples and to provide holistic ministry is the most effective way to improve the lives of people.

 

The Investment Details:

 


S.O.U.L. VN Ministry partners with churches in Vietnam who are active in spreading the gospel.  Our church partners have teams of National Missionaries who go out introducing Christ and planting fellowships.  The teams are led by an Overseer who provides counsel, encouragement, and accountability. 

 

The S.O.U.L. VN national missionaries are very effective in presenting the gospel and the Lord is gathering an abundant harvest.  New small groups are regularly planted and fellowships are born to provide light in the darkness.  Our church fellowship partners are effective in ministry with the benefit of $30-$50 a month.  Such a stipend frees them up from the labor in the fields or rivlets to invest their time and strength in being Christ to the villages all around. 

 

Our ministry also ministers through the following: 

  • Assistance with the purchase of transportation means (motorcycles and bicycles).
  • Offsetting training expenses including transportation, lodging, and food.
  • Support for special outreach events.
  • Assistance with building projects.

S.O.U.L. VN Ministry officials are not supported from the contributions of our partners.  One hundred percent of your donations will go to the field in Vietnam.
