SERVING OUR UNIVERSAL LORD

“How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

(Romans 10:14-15)

 WHO WE ARE

S.O.U.L. VN Ministry is a Great Commission minded missions organization dedicated to bringing in the great harvest in Vietnam.  We are a ministry serving churches and individuals by facilitating partnerships with our Christian brothers and sisters.

OUR VISION

We are committed to partnering together with the Christians of Vietnam to ensure that the 88.1 million people of Vietnam receive prayer and a presentation of the gospel.  Currently less than three percent of the population honors Jesus as their Lord and has Him as their Savior.  By God's grace, a spiritual fervor is sweeping thousands of people into God's kingdom.  Currently the harvest is as ripe in Vietnam as it was in the days following our Lord's resurrection.  The cooperation of Christians investing their lives together is promoting Christian unity.  Our partners are allowing the Spirit of God to fill their hearts with His passionate commitment to expanding his church.  We celebrate the enrichment of all of those involved in this partnership.  It is our vision to facilitate the presentation of Christ to all of the people groups of Vietnam, to minister so that millions of Vietnamese submit to the Lordship of Christ, to assist in the discipling and training of believers, and to serve the churches to help them be the salt and light of the world.

 OUR CHALLENGE

There is a spiritual battle to oppose our Lord’s liberation of the Vietnamese.  The people have a history of ancestor worship and the majority of them hold strong allegiances to Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism.  Religious expression and proclamation continue to be restricted despite some recent advances of religious freedom.  There is significant distrust and misunderstanding about Christians pursuing an earthly kingdom and having their focus on political change.  Even so, Christians are serving their neighbors with love and demonstrating their focus of honoring Christ in everything they say and do.  They are showing their commitment to promote the wellbeing of the most vulnerable in society and be model citizens in their villages and communities.  They are sacrificing greatly to show that God is more valuable than personal security, worldly pleasures, convenience or comfort.
